TAGBILARAN CITY-To ensure that Tagbilaran City will remain peaceful amid terror threats in the country, the city government has banned the sale of firecrackers in the city except on Dec. 15 and 31 and only in designated areas.

Under Executive Order No. 09 signed yesterday by Mayor Jose Torralba, firecrackers could only be sold during the designated dates at the City Central Public Market, Integrated Bus Terminal (CCPM/IBT) in Dao District and inside department stores.
