Austria's Stephan Eberharter captured the first World Cup Super-G title of the Alpine ski season, edging compatriot Josef Strobel by 18-hundredths of a second.
Eberharter won in 1min 23.39secs with Strobl next in 1:23.57 and Switzerland's Didier Cuche third in 1:23.76.
"I had a good start at the top," said Eberharter, who skied the race on his downhill skis. "In the bottom section I nailed it. It was great."
It was the second victory here in as many days for the veteran, who captured the season's first downhill on Saturday.
"I am 33 years old and I have nothing to prove so maybe that is why things are going so well for me at the moment," Eberharter said.
The victory was the 19th World Cup triumph for the two-time world champion, who also began the season by winning the season-opening giant slalom race at Solden, Austria.
