The East Central Division (ECD) Competitions will be held at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, January 19-21, 2003. We appreciate the efforts of Laura Melton, division competitions chair, and Ronald Yadeau, NCTM, a past division president, who is hosting the competitions.
