There are times when it seems Blazers coach Maurice Cheeks lives in another dimension, peddling out-of-whack merriness that makes you want to fold out his ears, slap a goofball smile on his face and tattoo "What, me worry?" across his forehead. Less than a month into the NBA season, Cheeks already has had to put up with a series of offenses--a couple were legal violations, but most have been simple violations of common sense--that would make most men throw their hands to the heavens and plead to higher powers for assistance.
