The New Zealand Warriors launched their 2003 National Rugby League (NRL) season yesterday by unveiling a new jersey and elevating two juniors.

Prop Dallas Rennie and second rower Karl Te Mata are the first two new faces fans can expect to see, both brought up to top level after a year in the club's elite development programme.

Rennie, 21, is 1.92m and 110kg, comes from the West Coast via Christchurch and was set for a NRL debut this year until shoulder injury intervened. Te Mata, 24, …
