Labor Party chairman Amram Mitzna has directed former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development MK Shalom Simhon (Labor) to reach an understanding that will enable the Labor Party to provide the government with a safety net for passing the 2003 budget.
Simhon headed the Labor Party team that negotiated with the Ministry of Finance before Labor dissolved the national unity government.
