Matav-Cable Systems Media (Nasdaq: MATV), one if Israel's three cable TV providers, announced on Thursday that it had decided to cancel the recognition in its third quarter report of deferred taxes amounting to NIS 50 million. The decision has reduced Matav's bottom line for the third quarter by NIS 50 million, from a profit of NIS 9.3 million, to a loss of NIS 40.6 million.
