Second hand apartments sold

Ramat Hasharon: A house on a 500-sq.m plot in the western part of town sold for $850,000 (Miri Ofek).

Tohnit Lamed: A 130-sq.m. penthouse with an 80-sq.m. balcony on Burla St., in need of renovation, sold for $250,000, 15% less than the asking price (Re/MAX).

Kiryat Ono: A dentist sold a four-room apartment on Bialik St. for $221,000, 4% less than the asking price. A four-room apartment on Tzahal St. sold for $183,000 after a year on the market (Re/MAX).
