TOKYO, Dec 2 Asia Pulse - Reflecting the government's harsh fiscal situation, hidden debts in the Japanese government's general account totaled 22 trillion yen (US$178.3 billion), according to a report for fiscal 2001 compiled Friday by the Board of Audit of Japan.
