Though a variety of technologies exist for viewing 3D data "in the round" without glasses, many are still in the development stage. One 3D display that is already shipping commercially is Actuality Systems' Perspecta, which looks like a crystal ball within which 3D objects appear to float. Users can circle the display to view the objects from any angle.
