BOSTON CELTICS Tony Delk has emerged as the starting point guard in place of Kenny Anderson, who was sent to the SuperSonics in the C Vin Baker deal. Shammond Williams, who arrived in the Baker trade and battled Delk in camp, will come off the bench. Neither Delk nor Williams is a prototypical point guard, but that's all right because coach Jim O'Brien has other players who can handle the ball and wants his point guards to spread the floor with 3-point shooting.
