ABUJA JUSTICE Mosheed Olugbani who was sacked by the National Judicial Council along with some other judges has sued the NJC asking a Federal High Court in Abuja to quash the Justice Kayode Eso panel report that recommended his sack. He also asked the court to direct the NJC to apologise to him in Vanguard and four other papers within 96 hours after the suit is determined. Justice Olugbani led the judges that are challenging their sack. The other relieves he is seeking are:
