FUJIFILM SHIFTING TO 401(K)-STYLE PENSION PLAN.
TOKYO, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Fuji Photo Film Co. (TSE:4901) plans to dissolve its employee pension fund by next March and switch to a defined-contribution pension plan in April 2003.
