AUSTRALIA'S ST GEORGE BANK LURES RIVAL CBA EXECUTIVE.
SYDNEY, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - A former colleague of St George Bank Ltd's (ASX:SGB) chief executive Gail Kelly, Nick Basile from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Ltd (ASX:CBA), has decided to join her new management team at the regional bank.
St George has appointed Mr Basile as the head of its investments and insurance division, where he will report to group executive, wealth management, Paul Fegan.
St George said the newly created position would give Mr Basile responsibility for margin lending, advance asset management and the insurance business.
With the exception of Sealcorp, he will also be directly responsible for the bank's wealth management product ...
