SEOUL, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Listed firms have to disclose information on their web sites to general investors to prevent possible misuse of the information, the Korea Stock Exchange (KSE) said Friday.

The KSE and the KOSDAQ Stock Market said they decided to include reports on each company's homepage in fair disclosure regulations, which have been officially launched today.
