Featherweight Bernard Dunne will not find out until late next week if he will be given back his licence to fight professionally under the auspices of the New York State Athletic Commission.
Dunne, who was not passed fit for his third professional bout against Tony Spinoza 11 days ago in Buffalo, New York, when a 'spot' showed on a pre-fight brain scan, hopes to have conclusive tests completed and viewed by his own specialists and those in the New York Commission over the next seven days.
