Corporate law firm Eversheds has hired internal comms specialist Synopsis Communications to introduce a face-to-face communications process across its office network.

Synopsis managing director Bill Quirke said the project was aimed at creating a 'one-firm' culture, ensuring 'everyone sings from the same song sheet' and creating 'a shared sense of brand'.

The project is understood to have been won following a two-way pitch.

Quirke said it was expected the project would last for four months.

The account team led by Quirke will report to Howard Krais, Eversheds internal comms manager.
