FLAMBOYANT York City Football Club chairman John Batchelor is preparing to take legal action to reclaim lost revenues in the wake of the television rights fiasco.
He has sent a letter to the Football League this weekend demanding it pay his club GBP204,000 or face the prospect of immediate legal action.
Sources close to the club say that Batchelor has been sounding out other Football League chairmen and is confident that he has enough support to go ahead with his litigation plan.
