THEWessex Water executive at the centre of a GBP1million bribe investigation has said he was as surprised as anyone that YTL Power of Malaysia won the bid battle for his company.
The City of London police last week arrested Colin Skellett, 57, on suspicion of taking a GBP1million bribe from YTL to push the deal the group's way.
