POLESWORTH ABBEY is gearing up for its popular Baby Jesus Christmas experience.

Real babies are used to make the gathering a time to remember and schools have already booked up all available places.

The Rev Philip Wells said: "Almost all of the 2,000 places were booked within 48 hours.

"Children from 38 schools are booked to visit and see the baby in the manger and now we need adults to help."
