GAS-GUZZLING vehicles aren't the only things on the road pumping out noxious fumes - drivers are just as bad, a study has found.
The average driver emits more than 912 pints of gas breaking wind inside a car during his or her lifetime.
The figure is revealed by BBC Top Gear magazine which has compiled a list of statistics to give a profile of the average driver. Among the findings for the December issue, on sale today, are that drivers will have sex in a car six times in their lives.
