KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 Asia Pulse - AKN Technology Bhd (KLSE:AKNT) has signed an agreement to subscribe for 5,984,043 shares in US firm Nanochip Incorporated.
AKN said it will pay US$1.8 million for the 15 per cent stake of Nanochip's enlarged capital.
