Bank of India (BoI) will sell 4,64,500 shares of Balaji Telefilms to recover a part of Rs130 crore dues outstanding from the stockbroker, Mr Ketan Parekh.

The Mumbai Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) has passed an order permitting the sale.
