An Eversheds survey* of 100 UK directors (including finance directors) in large PLCs has explored their key business and personal concerns. It found that half are worried by growing personal exposure to risk, with a quarter concerned about their lack of directors and officers liability insurance.

The report also found that nearly 60% of respondents are hampered by increasing red tape. But only 36% stated that managing shareholder or City expectations was a major concern.
