Picture: MARTIN JONES Assembly Reporter Young people needed to look for ways to have their voices heard because they couldn't vote, Labor MLA Katy Gallagher said yesterday. She encouraged students to join the youth wings of political parties, community groups, get involved in Assembly committee work, or talk to politicians at the Discovering Democracy Celebration as part of Democracy Week events.
