*Shares rebound to 720P level as Iraq accepts arms inspection

Share prices rebounded sharply to the 720-point level on news that Iraq sent a letter to the U.N. to accept its arms inspection.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index gained 22.42 points or 3.18% to close at 726.80.

Programmed purchases rose as foreigners made 10,000 contracts on the futures market.
