SYDNEY, Sept 17 AAP - Up to nine people could face disciplinary action over the death of HMAS Darwin sailor Cameron Gurr, the navy said today. The 20-year-old seaman went missing from the guided missile frigate off Christmas Island on May 4 this year while it was on routine border patrol operations. Leading Seaman Gurr was last seen drinking with friends in a radar equipment room on the night of Friday, May 3. He was discovered missing on Saturday morning and a full-scale search and rescue operation in the days after his disappearance failed to find any trace of him.
