How do you plan to control sound pollution on Diwali night?
It is really a difficult task to put a complete ban on the use of sound crackers because there is always a tendency to violate the ban. But having said that, we we are also determined to put a carpet ban on the use of highdecibel crackers. For that we have already asked the police to take action.
