The Danish company Korn-og Foderstop Kompagniet (KFK), in which Norsk Hydro has a 68.8% stake, has announced an agreement whereby a considerable share of its business operations will be taken over by a consortium headed by Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskap and including other Danish agricultural cooperative members.
