Abuja, Nigeria (PANA) - Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo Wednesday took a major step toward his plan to run for a second four-year term in 2003 by collecting his party's nomination form. Obasanjo, who was accompanied by his aides and the Inspector- General of Police, Tafa Balogun, collected the form at the Abuja Branch of Bank of the North, one of the banks designated by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the purpose.
