Delhi, 18 July: Implementation of Pakistan's obligation to stop crossborder terrorism is a condition for bringing Indo-Pakistani relations back to normal, said the participants of the meeting of the Russian-Indian working group for Afghanistan in Delhi. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Trubnikov and his Indian Foreign Secretary Kanwal Sibal co-chaired the meeting.
