Thailand is expecting 30 gold medals from 10 disciplines at the 8th Busan Fespic Games that runs from October 26 to November 1 in Busan, South Korea.

Eighty-seven athletes and 43 officials and coaches made up the 130 member entourage that left for the port city last night. Four years ago at the Bangkok Fespic Games, 384 athletes managed to harvest 65 gold medals for Thailand.

The athletes went through a five months extensive encampment period and are optimistic about their chances of hauling in a lion's share of gold medals from wheelchair racing and swimming. They also have a good chance …
