UiTM READY TO OFFER MEDICAL DEGREE COURSE IN MAY 2003.

SHAH ALAM, Aug 1 (Bernama) -- Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) is waiting for approval from the Education Ministry to offer medical degree courses in May 2003, said Vice-Chancellor Datuk Dr Ibrahim Abu Shah.
"UiTM is ready to introduce degree courses in medicine next May if approval is given by the Education Minister (Tan Sri Musa Mohamad)," he said here today.
He said the university management were already preparing themselves for the UiTM Medical Faculty which was proposed to be set up at the main campus here. …
