IN SPITEOF ITS LONGISH TITLE, this book is solidly grounded in theory, practice and a forward vision that my 16-year-old daughter can understand. Perhaps the most elegant statement I can make about the book is that she picked it up, read it all the way through and thanked me, saying, "That was cool!"
