Chinese city Shenyang adopts preferential policies to promote software industry.

Shenyang, 14 October: A series of preferential policies have recently been adopted in Shenyang, capital city of northeast China's Liaoning Province, to encourage the growth of the local software industry.

According to the policies, the municipal government of Shenyang will provide a certain number of subsidies to those who establish software institutes within the coming three years.

Moreover, the government will grant 200,000 yuan (about 24,096 US dollars) to software-related doctorate holders who decide to set up their own software enterprises in …
