HPH executives confirm AGM for Nov 13.

PRAGUE, Oct 11 (CTK) - The management of Harvardsky prumyslovy holding HPH has confirmed that its annual general meeting AGM will be held on Nov 13, 2002 and the agenda will include a report by the board of directors on assets and the 2001 annual report, HPH board chairman Tomas Sevcik told CTK today.

The AGM has already been cancelled twice. For the first time it was annulled in June by the former management and a new date was set for Sept 19. The current management of HPH then decided to put off the AGM in early Sept due to an audit of its subsidiary Daventree Resources Ltd, which was completed on June 30, 2002, and an audit of HPH, …
