Ramallah, 8 October: President Yasir Arafat, chairman of the PLO Executive Committee and head of the Palestinian National Authority, chaired a meeting of the Fatah Movement's Central Committee in Ramallah tonight.

The Central Committee discussed the current significant and sensitive situation where the Palestinian people are subjected to great dangers while the fascist Israeli aggression escalates. Israel continues to commit crimes and massacres as it did in Khan Yunis where it deliberately killed children and women.
