Taipei, Oct 8 (EFE).- Costa Rican President Abel Pacheco, on a six-day official visit to Taiwan, asked the small island nation for help in spurring his nation's economic development

During a visit Tuesday to China Steel Corp., Pacheco praised Taiwan for achieving impressive economic development due to the effort and will of its people, despite being a small country with limited natural resources.
