European stock markets are expected to open lower again on Tuesday following yet another disappointing performance by US shares. Spread-betting service Cantor Index sees the Xetra Dax index in Frankfurt starting 24 points lower, the CAC 40 in Paris opening 27 points down and London's FTSE 100 shedding 18 points.
