Commission looking at 25 candidates for judicial posts Appeal court president sought, and also Constitutional Court judges Parliamentary Editor CAPE TOWN - Twenty-five of SA's top legal minds will be interviewed this week to fill 18 posts, including those of president and deputy president of the Supreme Court of Appeal and as judges of that court, the Constitutional Court and provincial divisions of the high court.
