Spanish foundation Fundacion Cares was set up in September 1999 by CTC Servicios Integrales, the Spanish outsourcing specialist, Cilsa, the Spanish logistics company, and social services specialist Ades. Ninety per cent of the workforce or 110 employees of the foundation are either mentally or physically disabled.
