A European Court of First Instance official has denied that the Court is delaying judgements on two controversial merger cases that were vetoed by the European Commission.Dominique Marro, head of the court's press and information division, said he expected a judgement on the two cases to be handed down in October as initially projected. Although a date was not yet in the calendar. He said: "I would be very surprised if it was delayed."
