Morley Fund Management has appointed Peter Rains, head of fixed income, to fill the hole left by Philip Manduca, who quit as head of alternative investment in August.Rains will continue to head fixed income for the firm, reporting to Gerald Holtham, chief investment officer. As part of his new responsibilities Rains will also report to Malcolm Le May, deputy chief executive and head of Morley's European division.
