LUCKNOW: Former UP BJP president, Kalraj Mishra said here on Thursday that he had welcomed the decision of the party's central leadership to form a coalition government, headed by the BSP, in the state, though he personally felt that the BJP should have sit in the opposition as it didn't have a clear mandate in its favour.
