Gateway announces encouraging drill results in NSW.

PERTH, Oct 2 AAP - Gateway Mining NL has released encouraging drill results from its Cowra project in New South Wales. Grades as high as 25.3 grams per tonne were reported from the Nasdaq gold-copper prospect in the Lachlan Fold Belt, indicating Nasdaq is part of a larger system. "The results indicate that Nasdaq is part of a large system that warrants further drill testing at depth and along strike," Gateway said in a statement. Previously reported results from reverse circulation drilling that intersected gold and copper at shallow depths included 4 metres at 4.9 gpt gold and 0.17 per cent copper and 16m at 0.16 gpt gold and 0.16 per cent copper.
