Asian Development Bank Offers USD 300 Millions Loan Xi-Pan Highway.

CHENGDU, October 01, SinoCast -- According to the Sichuan Communications Department, Asian Development Bank has decided to offer a loan of USD 300 millions recently to support the construction project of the Xichang-Panzhihua (Xi-Pan) Expressway and the connection routes. It is said that this project is the largest loan released by ADB for road infrastructure project in mainland China. It is also the second largest foreign investment following the Ertan Power Station project of Sichuan Province.
