BUSAN _ In a poignant display of rapprochement between two Cold War rivals who 50 years ago fought a bitter war, the two Koreas marched into the Asiad Main Stadium under one flag here last night, in the hope of unifying the divided peninsula and with the blessings of 3.7 billion Asians.
The crowd saved its wildest roar for the 300 North Koreans, who marched side by side with 300 of their South Korean peers at the end of a procession of 44 countries and territories at the opening ceremony of the 14th Asian Games.
