KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 Asia Pulse - Rating Agency Malaysia (RAM) has assigned a long-term rating of AA3 to the proposed RM800 million (US$210.53 million) Al-Bai' Bithaman Ajil Islamic Debt Securities (BaIDS) of Kesas Sdn Bhd.
