KOREA'S INFORMATION MINISTRY BUDGETS OVER US$6.39 MLN FOR 2003
SEOUL - The Information and Communication Ministry today said it has allocated a total 7.83 trillion won (US$6.39 billion) for next year's budget, focussing on developing the nation's information and telecommunications industries.
The budget which is up 5.8 per cent from this year excluding overlapping intra-businesses, includes 1.11 trillion won in labor costs, 4.95 trillion won in major business projects and 100.7 billion won in general works.
