The Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority on Oct. 7 will sell $8.4 million of revenue bonds on behalf of a start-up school in Commerce City, Colo., that officials say will be the most subsidized charter school in state history.
Kirkpatrick Pettis will underwrite the negotiated transaction. Sherman & Howard serves as bond counsel to the authority. The deal will not be rated.
